OUR PATH
We are Helena and Kati and founded FREYA - Center for Body, Mind and Spirituality in 2024.
We met in 2007 with a stirring, karmic certainty that we already knew each other and had something important to share. Since then, our paths have run side by side, through all of life's enlightening highs and devastating lows - always as allies in our growth. We have taught each other, guided each other through transformations, challenged each other and honored how our souls are sisters to each other. On these pathways, we were always in exchange with how to put our own realizations at the service of the world. Our processes have been different, yet a common thread runs through our relationship: observing the world in its shifting consciousness and wanting to contribute our part to it.
With FREYA, we have finally anchored 20 years of exploration and inner work into form - a vessel for mature wisdom for all who need it - not only from us but also from other wonderful people who know how to hold this space with us. May our unfolding in consciousness enable us to accompany people with dignity and facilitate change.

We want to offer an alternative to existing cultural vessels: A place of humanity - that focuses on and explores our true nature.
